Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026 (draft)

1. About BlockBuyer

BlockBuyer.com ("BlockBuyer," "we," "us") operates an online platform where investors can invest in residential real-estate offerings listed by independent operators. BlockBuyer is not a broker-dealer and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Certain offerings are limited to residents of specific states or to investors meeting legal requirements; the platform enforces those rules at the time you invest.

3. Investment risks

Real-estate investments are speculative, illiquid, and may result in the total loss of your investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Read each offering's disclosures before investing. See our Risk Disclosures.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Investment limits and cancellations

Annual investment limits and cancellation windows are set by the law of your state and the offering's legal structure. The platform displays your remaining allowance and whether an investment can still be cancelled.

6. Fees

Any fees applicable to investors or operators are disclosed before you commit funds.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, misrepresent your identity or residency, attempt to circumvent investment limits, or interfere with the platform's operation.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time; obligations tied to existing investments survive account closure.

9. Disputes

[Placeholder: governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions to be supplied by counsel.]
